Our Story
Back in 2011, Mitchell Design Build started because someone needed better insulation work done. The contractor who'd done it before? Terrible. So we decided we'd do it the way it should be done. For 13 years now, we've focused on one thing: energy efficiency upgrades that work. No expansion into 15 different services. No trying to be everything to everyone. We've stayed small on purpose. That means every job gets real attention. Every client gets the owner's time. Word spread slowly at first. Then faster. Today, most of our new work comes from people whose neighbors recommended us.
